Insurance companies reimburse services associated with a mental health diagnosis. Couples entering therapy to work on marital issues and challenges such as communication and infidelity recovery do not receive a mental health diagnosis, therefore, it is not reimbursable by insurance companies.
What Methods of Payment Do You Take?
We accept all major credit cards. A credit card on file will be saved to your secured account and charged on the day of your appointment. *You will not need a card on file if you are using Maryland Medicaid*
How Long Are Your Sessions?
Sessions lengths vary, but most individual sessions last between 45-50 minutes. Couples sessions are 60 minutes. Support groups and workshops are 90 minutes. Our main goal is to ensure that you increasingly become more and more whole with each session.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We require a 24 business hour notice of cancellation. If cancellations happen after 24 hours, you will be charged the full fee for the session. If you "no show" with no communication, you will also be charged the full fee for the session. Your therapist will waive one emergency late cancellation/no show.
How Do I Get Started?
Getting started begins with completing the booking form on our "Book An Appointment" page. If you already know which clinician you want to work with, just click on their calendar on the date and time you'd prefer and follow the prompts.
What Are Your Office Hours?
Our office is open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Each therapist has different hours to include evening and weekend.
